Milton Rental House Update

If you’ve owned a rental property, you know renters can do some damage. That’s where we come in. At this Townhouse in Milton, we added new landscaping, a deck and fence to add curb appeal for new renters. Inside we updated the kitchen flooring, installed new appliances, countertops and backsplash. The bathrooms got new toilets, countertops and flooring as well, making this duplex look brand new and earned top dollar in rent for the owners.

West Hill Lake Park for The City of Auburn

There is something amazing about helping improve your local community. I played around this lake as a child and making it a full on park was a personal dream come true. When The City of Auburn hired us to create this park we had a lot to do! We cleared and grubbed, mulched and macheted new trails around the entire lake connecting the neighborhoods on both sides, giving the residents access to the park. We built picnic tables, benches, and the Eagles club volunteered their time to help build a new bridge. We built a fully retained gravel parking lot, took down mountains of blackberry bushes and other invasive species, and created stunning viewpoints for the community to enjoy. This park has brought such joy to the local community and we were honored to build it.

Bird Lookout Tower repairs

for The City of Auburn

The Auburn Environmental Park is a wonderful place, built over a wetland it is a great to visit for tranquil walks and bird watching. The problem with wetlands is, well they are wet. The beloved bird lookout tower was beginning to rot and The City of Auburn hired us to come and fix it. We tore down the rotten wood and installed new steel footings, pressure treated framing, and composite steps. We’re happy to say that our towns’ beloved park is now safe, sound and ready for bird watching.

Dykstra Park Bridge Repairs

for The City of Auburn

This suspension bridge connects Isaac Evans Park and Dykstra Park, making it possible for bikers and walkers to cross over the Green River and enjoy the beautiful view along the way. Of course wear and tear took over, and The City of Auburn hired us to do the repairs. We added new pressure treated planks to replace the fully rotted ones, filled in cracks in the planks that were saved then sanded and sealed them. Now the bridge is safe and sound for our community to use.

We love our city, and making our parks a safer place is an honor. The City of Auburn hired us to make some improvements to our beloved Auburndale Park including removing an old chain link fence, replacing it with a pressure treated split rail style fence, creating a new parking lot, clearing and grubbing for new gravel trails, widening the main opening, and removing an old broken plastic playset, to be replaced by a new modern steel one.

Chain Link Security Fencing

for Sound Transit

Keeping our cities safe can feel like a full time job! We have worked for them several times to repair and rebuild their security fences, keeping their employees and our cities safe.

Pre-listing Curb Appeal

for a home in Kent

Our clients spent the bulk of their savings updating the floors of their home, not leaving much for updating the outside. We knew just the tricks to add backyard appeal to perspective buyers at a low cost. We weeded the bed spaces, carved out their grass to create a gravel pathway around their deck and wrap around the sides to the front of their house, power washed the driveway and sidewalk, and replaced rotten siding. Adding string lights helped to set the mood for their backyard and created an environment that buyers loved. These simple updates went a long way for our clients and they were able to sell their home quickly and pass inspection, which was essential to the purchase of their next home being contingent on the sale of this one. We brought home a win for the family by cranking these updates out in just one day, we love making dreams come true one project at a time!
