Lakeside Living House #2 for the Johnson Family
We spent an entire year perfecting the backyard of three, that’s right three lakeside homes. Including their front, back, and side yards. Amplifying their gorgeous views with stunning patios', retaining walls, stair cases with in floor lighting, landscaping, irrigation systems, new lawns and sandy beaches…
This home already had a deck when we got here, we did added a massive three level retaining wall, stair cases, a brand new lawn, irrigation system, a bulkhead, and fresh sand to cover up the existing pebbles on their beach oh ya and wow factor!

This house was designed to be the family hub, with all of this space, a beach and stunning views I’m so happy that we could turn their dreams into a reality…it took a ton of excavating, grading, plumbing and lighting and it was so worth it.
