Custom Deck, Retaining Wall and Landscaping for Angela Massico
Angela bought her first home in West Seattle and loved it. She slowly realized that she could not live with her rotting deck, and un maintained yard. That’s where we came in. We gutted her yard, added proper drainage, an irrigation system, full landscaping, made her pathways, a patio, a fence and a safe new deck. Check out this amazing transformation!

The NEW Deck
The existing deck was in HORRIBLE condition. it had to be torn down. We made sure that the soil was compacted, installed proper drainage, poured a new concrete pad and then rebuilt!
The NEW front yard
The front yard had to be excavated, compacted and all new soil installed! We added an Irrigation system, leveled the front steps, mulch and landscaping, and created a solid retaining wall. Safe and Beautiful!
The NEW side yard
The side yard needed a new fence, and just like the rest of the yard proper drainage, new soil and irrigation. A flagstone pathway added a touch of elegance to the once neglected side yard!
