Phil and Sue Peterson have had us renovate their front yard, backyard, kitchen and we will be doing their bathrooms this fall. What we love about them is their willingness to let us be creative with their home!
Where do we start? We have done two water features, a paver patio, perimeter fence, green screen, shed, landscaping, sod, french drain, and remodeled their kitchen...Ill slip you some yummy detail shots first and then we can dig into each project!!!
When Sue and Phil purchased their home it had a builder grade aggregate patio in the backyard. NOTHING wrong with that, but they wanted more space to entertain (they throw the best parties) So, we added beautiful pavers around it and steps cascading to the right side of their yard.
What a gorgeous and practical transformation, you don’t have to destroy what is already there to make it function for your family.

So here’s the skinny, the Peterson’s LOVE to entertain and they needed a dramatic backdrop to their yard , a focal point, a SHOW STOPPER.
Building the falls, wohoo. As you have seen from projects of ours in the past this is a game of Tetris; getting each rock in its perfect place is a work of art.
